The lounge, the rooftop, or the whole room — booked for your event, your shoot, or your community night. Rates are a starting point; what you bring to the room matters as much as what you pay for it.
What You’re Booking
Full Venue
Full exclusive use of the lounge, bar, and rooftop. Licensed bar space, 55″ digital menu boards, sound system, and full kitchen access.
Lounge Only
Indoor lounge space with bar, no rooftop access. Ideal for intimate events, workshops, screenings, tastings, and media production.
Rooftop Only
Outdoor rooftop terrace with bar service from the lounge below. Cannabis consumption permitted, 19+, 6m setback maintained.
Daytime / Shoot
Full space access for photo, film, podcast, or content production. No bar service required. Flexible duration by the hour.
Starting Points
These are base rates. Final pricing is agreed in writing before booking confirmation. Partners, community organisations, and bookings that generate awareness or income for CUBSpot are priced differently — always in your favour.

*Partner rate on Full Venue Evening reflects CUBSpot’s not-for-profit, membership-based model — active menu partners already contribute through their monthly fee, and every guest is a registered member. Rate confirmed case-by-case with Mike or Sean; co-branding required.
Deposit: 50% of agreed rate due on signing to confirm the booking. Balance due 48 hours before the event. Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.

Dedicated CUBSpot-licensed bartender for your event. Full bar setup, glassware, ice, garnish.

We will never exclude a partner or community organiser on budget alone. If you can bring the right people into the room, we want to find a way to make it work.

- All events are private members society events — guests register at check-in before arrival
- 19+ ID verification required at the door for all guests, no exceptions
- Cannabis consumption permitted on the rooftop only — outdoor, monitored, 6m setback
- No public advertising of cannabis products or consumption — education and hospitality framing only
- All signage and promotional content reviewed for BC Cannabis Act compliance before the event
- CUBSpot’s Steward has final authority on any compliance matter during your event
